Tom Millar, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Tom Millar is ITC's CEO and one of the founding partners. Originally from New Zealand, Tom moved to the UK in 1991 and has worked in the IT industry ever since.

With overall responsibility for the company's management Tom has been instrumental in achieving rapid financial growth. A natural entrepreneur and gifted salesman, Tom actively leads many of the major commercial engagements for the company. Tom is accredited with securing the prestigious client base that has propelled ITC to become one of the fastest growing organisations within a competitive and dynamic sector.

Tom capitalised on the company's experience in high-end consultancy, with a particular focus on security and advanced networking for large global enterprises, helping them to meet risk management, regulatory compliance and performance challenges.

Since then ITC has become a highly service orientated company, with excellent relationships with outsourcers, vendors and customers alike and is recognised in the City for managing and delivering complex projects. He has continuously identified and capitalised on the changes in market demand and has adapted the services offering and business structure accordingly. These originate from emerging technology, changes in compliance and legislation and increased risk and threats to organisations.
